Terms of Service

Last updated: July 4, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Wedding Planner mobile application ("the app", "the service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

Wedding Planner provides tools for organizing weddings and events: guest lists and RSVPs, budgets, checklists and task delegation, timelines, seating and floor plans, media storage, team collaboration, and client approvals. Features vary by plan and may change over time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

3. Your content

4. Collaboration

When you invite someone to a wedding — a partner, a team member, or a client — they gain access to that wedding's content, including guests, budgets, tasks, and approval requests. Removing a member stops future access but does not undo what they saw or did while they had access. Account owners control who is assigned to each wedding.

5. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other users' data, sending spam through invitation or RSVP features, uploading unlawful content, reverse engineering the app, or interfering with its operation. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Our intellectual property

The app, its design, and its software are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or code beyond using the app as intended.

8. Disclaimers

Wedding Planner is a planning tool. We do not provide, endorse, or guarantee any vendor, venue, or service you organize through it, and we are not responsible for the outcome of your event. Budget figures, suggested checklists, seating suggestions, and similar features are aids, not professional advice. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We recommend keeping your own copies of critical documents.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from the app's settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections 3, 7, 8, and 9 survive termination.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date, and continued use of the app after changes means you accept them.
